Default Rakeback deals

I'm moving up, so rake is getting significant, so Im shopping around for a rakeback deal. Is there anything besides the raw % that I should consider? What is a good %? Is anyone worried about the affiliate going out of biz or something, or not getting paid for any reasons? Is there anything stopping an affiliate from not paying his rakeback deals?

PM me if you have any info that may break the anti-soliciting/spamming/advertising rules here.

I don't think that supplying you with a link to Rake Rebate Review is taboo. It's good and will help you.
