Default Limit hold-em in Moscow?

I'm here in Moscow for the next 6 weeks as part of a study abroad program. I know a years' worth of Russian. That is, a years' worth of classes, not of being here. I'm only 19, so while I play on the internet quite a bit at home in the states, I've never been able to play in a live game, but I'd like to. Has anyone played here in Russia? If so, can anyone recommend to me a good casino to go to?

Also, how safe are they? I assume they are well-regulated enough that no angry Russians are going to get up and slug me or something if I win their money, which I sort of hope to do. I would think as long as I go to a normal casino instead of a shady cardroom this wouldn't be a problem, just like the US.

Do I need to learn the Russian words for bet, call, raise fold? If so, does anyone know what they are?

Any advice is much appreciated.

I have never played in eastern Europe, but from what I have heard and seen on the web I think it is pretty much all pot limit games. This is true in most of Europe. In Germany, Austria, and Holland, there is limit holdem and/or stud. I think in Russia you can find PLO and PLHE. They also tend to go in for real hairy games (sort of like Russian roulette I guess) like PLO/8 and pot limit Stud/8.
