Default IF you could change one thing what would it be?(Poker related)

Just wondered if anyone would have done anything differently?

If it be "Going to partypoker to play .50/1 games rather than poker stars".

"Buying SSH before depositing $300 and losing it all"

"Taking advantage of this bonus before this one... " etc.

Anyone have any regrets or things they'd have done differently?

Maybe the beginners(me included) can avoid these...

That's a good one.

I would say that I should have started posting more strategy stuf at 2+2 earlier instead of just lurking.

I regret everything I did or said that had anything to do with poker in before april. I was so stupid and lucky I had no idea how much I sucked.

If I did anything differently, I wouldn't be where I am today....

Started playing and reading earlier - I'm happy with where I'm at but it sure would be nice to be higher already.

I'd have signed at Party with a rake-back deal.

Default keep records...

not keeping records sooner-

I deluded myself into thinking I was a winning player (when you make 100K a yr. anyways in a real job like I was when I started, you don't care or keep track of 3/6 wins and losses)

I got a wakeup call when I requested Pokerstars in 2002 to send me a list of all transactions for the yr., and realized that although I had made 3 or 4 big withdrawls, I had made several smaller deposits that cancelled them out.

and having said that, once I kept records, I saw I played too high out of my BR too often - win $1800 in a $20 tourney, I then proceed to play $100/215 tourneys till I'm broke again - bad idea -

I wish I moved up faster. Thanks to seeing bruiser's success I finally did start moving up and will keep doing it until I can't win anymore.

I also wish I started posting here more often, as since I started doing that, my winrate went up a ton.
