UTG raises, 1 fold, CO calls, 2 folds, Hero calls.

Flop: (6.50 SB) J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 players)
Hero bets, UTG folds, CO raises, Hero 3-bets, CO caps, Hero calls.

Turn: (7.25 BB) 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets, CO raises, Hero ??

Just to be clear the choice is between 3-betting or calling. If I call I plan on checking the river. If I 3-bet I lead the river. Villian is a slightly laggy player.

I just call the turn raise.

I call the turn raise and check/call river unimproved. I also 3-bet this preflop.
