Anyone else not receiving Absolute Hand Histories?

I have not been able to get hand histories for about four days. Support says

I requested them but still no luck. Sent another email today and still no histories. Anyone else having the same issues?
On an odd note Absolute also called me again today to ask if I want to redeem my ARP points(21000 for $35)

everytime i request the hand histories is never comes!! i gave up asking!

i used to like AP but they are moving down on my list!

I've only gotten about 1500 HH in the last 3 days.

It usually takes a couple of hours, but they usually show up.

I had trouble with their HH for a long time and they kept telling me that it was working fine. Eventually I changed my email and it started to work again even though there was nothing wrong with the previous email address. I still use the old email address for several other sites, but for some reason AP wouldn't send the HH to that address. Give it a try if nothing else works.
