Default Another Customer Support Classic - this time Eurobet..... (long)

I thought this would be a simple enough request but each response is managing to wind me up more and more. Its not quite the 'its 7pm' classic but I can't even blame this one on Indian outsourcing.

Please could you forward a tournament summary for the $50+5 sit n go, number XXXXXXXX.

My connection was lost on the hand in which I was knocked out. Therefore I didn't received the usual request option at the time.

Thanks

Dear
Thank you for your message.
All the requested Hand Histories have been sent through to your Eurobet account. Please select Messages through Account options .
In the Inbox, there are the links for the requested Hand Histories.
Our poker software supplier has advised us that the tournament summaries can no longer be supplied and although they seemed to have been requested, the contents will not be sent through.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you require any additional information.
Kind regards,
Marcos

I'm a little puzzled by your response. First you say that the requested history (XXXXXXXX) has been sent through (although it hasn't). Then you go on to say that it is not possible to send it through.

I have requested copies in this manner from other Party skins in the past without any problems. I fail to see why it is not possible to forward this missing information.

However, assuming that you are still unwilling to assist me with this request could you at least advise which players finished in the money positions in the tournament. I can at least then manually update my records with the hand histories on my hard drive.

Dear ,

Once again thank you for contacting us.

Please refer to the previous message were our Collegue has specified that you will be able to obtain the hand history (in the poker lobby select "My account" "request hand history"), you may ask up to the last 100, from our investigation we can confirm that you have been receivng these regularly.

Please be advised that we no longer offer Tornament Summaries.

Kind regards

Sarah

Dear Sarah

Please be advised that I have received 6 tournament summaries from your site already today. Would you like me to forward them to you as proof or do you still wish to infer that I am lying to you in some way? Perhaps you would like me to forward a screen shot of the request screen that asks if you would like one that appears when eliminated from a Sit n Go? As stated in my original email, the only reason I did not see the screen for this particular tournament was that I was disconnected on the hand in which I was eliminated.

As for the hand history requests, it is not the hand history I require in this case (as these are sent to the hard drive in any event), it is the finish positions of the players making the money (as shown at the top of the tournament summary).

Please check your facts next time before sending out messages which are quite blatantly incorrect. My request is quite straightforward. I do not understand why your department is choosing to be so unhelpful.

Dear Anita

Please find attached the top portions of 2 tournament summaries received from your site since my last email.

I await your 4th response advising that you do not provide these to players with interest.

On a more serious note, please could you provide me with an email address for a manager or supervisor in your department as I now wish to complain formally about the fact that I have been blatantly lied to by 3 members of your team within the last 24 hours.

Regards

Dear Anita

I didn't send the files as an attachment, I simply included the relevant portions of text at the bottom.

Perhaps if you'd read it to the end you would have realised this.

As yet, I'm still waiting. It was a minor issue to start with but I'm now so infuriated that I'm not letting this one go. That's right people, I'm on Customer Support Tilt!

Somehow I just don't see Party maintaining it's lead. EVERYONE has better CS. Absolute and Gamesgrid are known to monitor this site (and take steps to improve).

g <- off to whore a Party BONE-us.

As far as I'm aware Eurobet have a standalone CS dept. For once Party are innocent!

So you lied to her you SOB! If you didn't attach them but included them, why didn't you say so?

I think you could have a solid career with Party CS.

Eurobet refuse to confirm the existance of so called "tournament summaries". If you in the past have recieved any such "tournament summaries" it has been an accident.
