Default what are these numbers?

villain is 17/14/2.0

What do these numbers stand for?

Any place I can find info on them?

They are VPIP / PFR / AF and stand for Voluntarily put $ in the pot %, pre-flop raise % and aggression factor which is a number representing how frequently you bet or raise compared to calling. The values you list represent a tight-aggressive player.
