Default Aces up. Should I fold the River ?

3-6 party. When villian calls my flop bet and caps it when it is two back to him I figured I'm way behind, mostly likely to the nut staright.

Utg limps, 3 folds, Hero raises with AT. Villian is BB and calls, UTG calls. Flop is A T K rainbow. UTG checks, Hero bets, Villian calls, UTG raises, Hero 3bets and VIllian caps. Turn is a blank, Villian bets, UTG and Hero call. River is a blank, Villian bets and UTG and Hero calls.

Just sat down so no read on Villian. I know folded in this big pot on the river for one bet does not seem like ideal strategy, but lately it seems like I have been paying off too many rivers. If Villian is a monkey and didn't 3bet preflop with Aces, Kings or tens I'm screwed. He could have also flopped a bigger Aces up. I don't see what hand I bet especially overcalling besides K-T. Anyways anyone have a different line? Thanks.

IMO - this makes it a pretty easy calldown.

I think you beat Ax < AT, AQ, AJ, KT, QT... all are hands that I could see both Villians playing this way.

I like your line I think you played it fine.

Quick Tip - in the future use the converter if you have an online hand history available. If not, at least put each street on it's own line so it's easier to read.

I see no place to fold. Your getting odds to call to fill up, and your probably right enought times to make the river call for one bet, beating an over played AK.

Call down in this case.

You're seeing monsters under the bed. You'll lose this pot a large portion of the time, but you are getting decent odds.
