I re-raise preflop. I just ignore min-raises in terms of my raise requirements preflop. I want a real raise to shut out people behind me. And I don't like the semi-bluff multiway that much the way you played it, but I guess it is okay. I wouldn't use it here as my default but it could be okay if used sparingly I think. And I guess you have to call the push. You got your card, you have to call. He might have a lower flush or just trips and is trying to protect his hand against another diamond. Whatever. I can't fold the nuts flush here.

I called, of course.

The guy showed 63o for a FH!
I added him to my buddy list.

Not sure I could have really put him on that even with that big bet.

And it's all because you didn't raise enough preflop. With AQs you want one or zero callers not four. Raise to 2 or 3 and 63o folds.
I wouldn't semi-bluff here are you are quite likely to get a cheap or free card anyway so why pay for it. There is little chance four will fold.

I deffinately call (unless the player is very weak tight) as you more often up against a smaller flush or less. If he has a boat you have to lose your money.

AQs was my nemesis hand.
Lost big money on them twice.

I disagree. I'd much rather play AQs in a multiway pot. AQo I might raise to isolate a weak player if I thought I was ahead. AKo I'd rather have less opponents, and AKs I'll take it either way.
