I don't really care for the flop cap.

Good PF.

Flop wou went overboard. Villain has raised PF which highly suggests he has Kings when he bets and 3-bets the flop. With no reads I'll raise this flop since the pot is getting big and call his 3-bet since we odds to draw to our 2 outs. Since we didn't improve on the turn I would fold.

I probably fold the flop to the 3 bet.

When he 3-bets the flop I'm going into call down mode.

With your line though, I would probably check on the river because there is a good chance you are beat.

What hand would villain raise PF, then 3-bet a K-high raggedy flop that our QQ beats?

I don't think you should've raised on the flop. An overcard fell (bad flop for you), and if villian has AK you're toast.
