I push on the flop.

If the guy calls me and wins then I probably finish third in this tournament, and if he folds I've stopped him getting free cards.

I believe my hand is good enough to beat the all in guy so I want him to myself.

There is no way on this planet that I fold on the river for 400.... see reasons above.
He could be betting as low as Ace high here to try to take the pot.
