Default Fundraiser Tourney this Thursday...got any advice?

I've been playing since December and have won our home single table tourney style game more than half the time, but I'm not an experienced player. I have read a couple poker books (Phil Gordons, Mike Sextons, and I'm part way into Poker Theory).

The tourney is NL small stakes hold-em ($20 buy in with about 90 people). We'll start with T400 and have one T400 rebuy and one T400 add-on available. Strangely enough, the rebuy and add-on are only $10!

I forgot to ask about blinds, but I'm guessing they'll start at T5 and T10 with increases every 30 minutes. It ends at midnight, regardless of the number of players left, and places are asigned by stack size or when you went out.

Any strategy suggestions?
Should I come out firing, given the cheap rebuy and add-on?

Stack size will be important at the end.
Am I correct to expect some wild play in the last 30 minutes?

Any input would be greatly appreciated.
