UTG is has only played a few hands so no real read.

Party Poker 2/4 Hold'em (10 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is Button with A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
UTG raises, UTG+1 calls, 5 folds, Hero 3-bets, 2 folds, UTG calls, UTG+1 calls.

Flop: (10.50 SB) 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (3 players)
UTG checks, UTG+1 checks, Hero bets, UTG calls, UTG+1 folds.

Turn: (6.25 BB) K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
UTG checks, Hero bets, UTG raises, Hero ?

Whats the plan here and on the river if a non heart/heart comes?

I think you're AA is good here too often not to get one more raise in at some point.
