PP matching bonus codes?

Once a month I get an E-Mail from Party Poker with some matching code good for $100 or so. I ASSUME they've always got a matching code that works, but I never know where to find it other than in that E-Mail. So, two questions:

1. How many times a month can you collect bonuses from Party Poker before the Bonus Whore Gestapo comes down on you and freezes your account?
2. How can you find a working code other than in their once-per-month E-Mail?
