No doubt in my mind that he's try to rip someone off, but thought it was interesting.

And while we're on the subject: so EBay buys PayPal and we can't use PayPal for online gambling transactions any more, but this little lottery (or worse) is OK by them? Fascinating.

That's crazy, this guy must be laundering money. Either way, it my be worth a bid. You figure if you win call the cops and they can get the FBI to investiagte the cash. If it's dirty or counterfeit they'll probably give you some kind of compensation/reward. If it actuallly is legit then good for the winner, provided it's more money than the final bid. Who knows?

Doesn't he know you can't insure cash through the mail.
I bet he was up huge like he said, then when he was tired and didn't mention anything about his results, it all went down hill.

He does state at the end:

However, I make a habit of not beleiving people who type ALL IN CAPS AND ARE GIVING AWAY FREE MONEY.
