Default Full ring $200 party - rip my line apart

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (9 handed) converter

BB ($544.73)
UTG ($198)
UTG+1 ($203.68)
MP1 ($322.7)
MP2 ($199.6)
MP3 ($193)
CO ($243.45)
Hero ($368.65)
SB ($244)

Preflop: Hero is Button with A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. SB posts a blind of $1.
2 folds, MP1 calls $2, 3 folds, Hero calls $2, SB (poster) completes, BB checks.

Flop: ($8) 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (4 players)
SB checks, BB checks, MP1 bets $7, Hero calls $7, SB folds, BB calls $7.

I have a tight image and have shown down winners. I mix it up here by flat calling to give villian a chance to put me on a flush draw to extract some money from AJ or a similar hand. I think AJ, Axs or a draw are probable holdings for villian. He is a 45/0 over 50 hands.

Turn: ($29) 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 players)
BB checks, MP1 bets $15, Hero raises to $30, BB folds, MP1 calls $15.

River: ($89) A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)

Bison messed this up. Villian checks, i bet 50$, he minraises to 100$, i push.

Please give your comments on all streets.

I'm not much of a NL player, infact, my first time in this forum, but I'll take a stab.
I really like the way you played this, especially the smooth call on the flop. I don't mind taking off a card here, even with the flush draw on the board. Like you said, he may put you on the draw, and you can possibly use that later if it hits.
On the turn, I would have raised more, $40-$45.
The river, I like your play. Of course you do have the 2nd nuts. I put this player on a middle pair, possibly even a set of nines. But I'm a complete moron, and a limit specialist.

I was planning to use that later if it didn't hit, since I had no reason to believe my top 2 was not the best hand. The flush would ruin my hand since it would either complete his draw or take away my action.

You're right, but like I said, I'm a moron. And I don't think he had a draw. Did he?

Thanks for the reply Swolfe. I am not defending my play here but would like you and others to go a little deeper with this.

Preflop. Do you recommend always raising playable hands in LP?. With a hand like A4s which is basically a drawing hand i mix it up and raise/limp about 50/50 depending on the flow of the game.

Flop. I explained my reasoning for flat calling. Is this thinking flawed?

Turn. I guess you want me to raise more. How much and why?

River. I am not sure i like this but maybe this is because i know that villian held A9o for the nuts. But generally, do you think its +EV to push here?

Never mind. Any way, raise the flop.

I think you got it mixed up. Hero was on the button.

I generally like to take the lead with these kinds of hands on the flop, so I would have raised on the flop. I may mix it up depending on how strong I think I am on the turn and my opponents tendancies, either betting or checking to hopefully induce a river bet.

I would also have raised or folded preflop. With only one caller and you on the button, you are looking to raise and try to take it down there.
