Donkbetted on river -- call?

Villian has only been at the table for maybe 30 hands. He is generally loose/passive, going to the river with as little as two over or any draw. I think he made some weird donk-bet turn bluff earlier.

Given that I can essentially only beat a bluff on this river, good call or dumb? Comments on other streets appreciated as well.

He could be bluffing or playing a pair of deuces or threes this way.
