Many players won't fold AT+ on a board like this, and certainly AQ/AK are sticking around. MP will have an ace very often (&gt;50%), and SB may still have one. An ace calls a large pot on the turn with a gutshot and potentially 6 overcard "outs". A flush draw also calls, and a smaller PP calls less frequently than he raises.

When you check the river, MP should bet, and you may have the chance to overcall SB. Few players will bluff-raise this river, so bet/call sounds absurd. At the same time, bet/fold tosses in 1 BB when I don't think you're ahead very often. I'd enjoy hearing other opinions on this, but I don't honestly see another perspective on this.
