hand 1: Bet out on this flop

hand 2: looks fine

hand 3: depending on the player i would sometimes bet this turn and sometimes check. Against an unknown I would check since the flop CR OOP doesn´t looks like a flushdraw and the turn check looks like a 1-pair hand afraid of being raised since he is going to SD.
River is a clear valuebet.

hand 4: raise preflop or fold. flop looks good.

hand 5: ummm... raise flop....

generally speaking...

1. I'm often raising KJo on BB with 1 limper and SB complete, then bet out on flop/turn if raised on turn then time to reconsider.

2. standard I guess, depends on player.

3. A little odd without a read.

4. Raise PF, bet/raise flop, reconsider on turn if raised.

5. Raise PF

Ok, the real hand 5 is:

Party Poker 1/2 Hold'em (6 max, 6 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is BB with K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
2 folds, CO calls, Button calls, SB completes, Hero checks.

Flop: (4 SB) Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (4 players)
SB checks, Hero bets, CO folds, Button calls, SB calls.

Turn: (3.50 BB) 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 players)
SB checks, Hero bets, Button raises, SB folds, Hero calls.

River: (7.50 BB) 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero checks, Button bets, Hero folds.

Final Pot: 8.50 BB

So, KJo is a raise first in anywhere and vs 1 limper too. Ill change that now.

Hand 1: Why am I supposed to be betting this flop? I do not have outs to call a bet for the overs and BD flush draw. Hmmmmm, folding equity? MP doing a position bet?

Hand 2: Much easier since I hit something. What do guys think the COs turn raise suggests? A fancy played K, 2 pair???

Hand 3: I went for a bluff on the turn since he feared the A. I should stop doing that since at this level people generally call with a pair. River = nice!

Hand 4: Yucky flop for me, easy fold

Hand 5(new one): Ive done it again , was scared of the flush so called the turn and folded river (did this before!). Hitting anything wouldnt beat a flush. Do I fold the turn or call turn+river?

1. If you don't bet they aren't given the possibility to fold and they often will if you shown strength PF. ppl love to bluff on paired flops.

5. if you call down turn, I'll call down river to get some info how he plays

Hand 1: Bet the flop. You probably have the best hand, also have overcard outs and backdoor flush draw.

Hand 2: Looks okay against a passive opponent. Against a donk, I might bet the river and call a raise.

Hand 3: I wouldn't bet the turn. No way villian is folding turn. You can then call the river if the river card doesn't complete any draws, since you are often picking off bluffs from missed draws.

Hand 4: Don't limp KJo with 1 limper. For that matter, don't ever limp KJo at 6 max. Raise or fold, I would raise here.

Hand 1:
Lots of close options here. Raising would be OK preflop. Betting the flop would be OK too even given you didn't raise preflop, checking isn't horrible though. Having checked, if you wanted to get feisty, and you think MP could be betting a missed hand, a check raise would be OK too, but you should only be doing this rarely.

Hand 2:
Looks fine.

Hand 3:
Turn bet is OK if you think BB is capable of folding a pair (most aren't). Sweet value bet on the river though.

Hand 4:
Given that this is passive 1/2, I don't hate the limp, but I think raising is better.

1st hand:
I'd bet the flop. After MP bets we have 2 over cards plus a backdoor flush. Nah. Let him take the pot and think we are a soft target. Otherwise (when you have as much wine as I had) raise him but he probably has A6

2nd hand

C-R the flop
3-bet the turn (after the button folds) and then check-call the river (to induce a bluff bet by a Q-pair or a busted draw)

1. call for one bet w/ two overcards
2. seems ok. He's either got QQ or chasing diamonds
3. seems ok
4. fold flop
IMHO

You need to start raising KJ preflop.
