What does it take to get banned from a casino/poker room?
Other than cheating... Does it take fighting? What about banning yourself because you have an addition? I've heard people have done that before and they go back to the casino and resume play as normal. Just curious. Thx in advance

The San Jose clubs will allow you to "self bar" yourself. Fill out some forms. Then fill out some more if you want it lifted.

That is my understanding. I do not think California has a formal proceedure for this. So it is up to the individual clubs.
Arizona has a formal procedure, for I think 1, 3, or 5 years (player picks the length). Non-revokeable and applying to all casinos in the state.

Sorry, didn't make it clear.
Male player peed on woman dealer. Club barred male jerk. Club went to woman dealer and asked if would be ok if they let male jerk back in. Woman dealer and her boyfriend said, "Got Lawyer?"
