Cheap web access in Vegas?
I'm going to Vegas in a little over a week, and I'd like to be able to check my email and set my fantasy baseball lineups over the web (2-3 times over the course of 5/21-5/31). I did some searching and found an internet cafe on the Strip, charging $8 for 1/2 hr. and $12 for 1 hr., but I was hoping I might find something nearby that's less expensive (or is that as good as it gets?). I don't have a laptop, so WiFi hotspots and hotel data ports don't help. I'll be on the Strip for about a week, then in Henderson for 3 days.
Thanks, Mike |

On that note, which hotel offers the cheapest rate for data port access?

Re: Cheap web access in Vegas?
When I was at Ballys it was $12 per 24 hour session. I thought that was a jip.

Re: Cheap web access in Vegas?
The best internet/web access i have found is located at the Nextel Center - which is at the Monorail station at the convention center. Blazing fast speed, friendly people, well air conditioned, and best of all FREE. if you want to take into account the monorail costs - it costs you $6(round trip) for all day internet access. Wi-Fi with no problems, and they have their own computers there also.
hope that helps. |
