Default Moving up limits on PS

I've been lurking for quite awhile and there is alot of good info in here. My question is pretty generalized, just looking for some suggestions.
Im beating .05/.10 full table on PokerStars at 10bb/100 for 9k hands. I have tried moving up to .25/.50 but am getting killed, -3bb/100 for 3k hands.
Are there adjustments that some of you made to beat this game?

i'll be the first to say it. . . . your sample size is to small. review your play, respond to posts, post hands (in that order).

i've got no specific advice otherwise, i just opened a stars account yesterday.

Make sure you aren't playing "scared" because the stakes are higher.

If you were seeing 6+ to the flop before and are now seeing 4 to the flop you need to tighten up.

Make sure you are playing your position.

Make sure you are following the ssh tight chart.

Post some hands you think you had trouble with or standard situations you think you may not be playing correctly.

The Stars 0.25/0.50 game on weekdays is pretty tight. I found that I needed to play a lot tighter than I was used to. Conversely, I found my PFR increasing because it was folded to me in MP3 or further pretty often. Never open-limp there. If you want to play, raise.

That was my biggest adjustment. As others have said, it's hard to give specifics.

Here is a hand that bothers me from last night. UTG is 63/16/1 for 38 hands, MP2 is 71/9/2.5 for 21 hands. (Not sure if that is the correct format, VPIP/PR%/AF) No real reads yet as I havent been on the table long.

PokerStars 0.25/0.50 Hold'em (9 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is UTG+1 with Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
UTG calls, Hero raises, 1 fold, MP2 calls, 4 folds, BB calls, UTG calls.

Flop: (8.40 SB) 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (4 players)
BB checks, UTG bets, Hero raises, MP2 3-bets, BB calls, UTG caps, Hero calls, MP2 calls, BB calls.

With all this action Im thinking 2 pair, a set, or diamond draw.

Turn: (12.20 BB) 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (4 players)
BB checks, UTG bets, Hero calls, MP2 raises, BB calls, UTG calls, Hero calls.

After MP2 raises here, I am pretty sure I am beat, just not ready to fold.

River: (20.20 BB) 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (4 players)
BB checks, UTG bets, Hero calls, MP2 raises, BB folds, UTG 3-bets, Hero folds, MP2 caps, UTG calls.

Final Pot: 29.20 BB

Hoping to see a cheap river, once the action starts up again, I bail.

Results in white below:
UTG has Ac Js (one pair, aces).
MP2 has 5s 4h (one pair, fours).
Outcome: UTG wins 29.20 BB.

I had to take a break after this! ughh

I've been playing the .25/.50 tables on PokerStars and they are definitely a little tighter than the .05/.10 tables. I'm grinding along at 2.29/100BB (at a small sample size) but I'm relatively a beginner compared to must of these guys here. But I've been reading the 2+2 forums and the cover is about to come off my SSH book from reading it so much. I still make some dumb ass moves. :-)

What are you guys screen names on PokerStars, if you wish to divulge them? Mine is the same as it is here.

Read the post (was it Ed Miller?), talking about "why you guys aren't crushing the game", or something like that.

Why are you folding here? You are giving the low limit players far, far too much credit if you fold this.

I has been mentioned by others, but to sum up:

1: Tighten up preflop! Follow the SSH-chart as previously mentioned in this thread. The chart makes sure that you will be playing marginal opening hands in late positions on flop, not in early positions (which can cost you a lot if you are inexperienced).

2.As in .05/.10 value bet, value bet, value bet; but put your demand for the hand to do this some up. Pay more respect to other players bets and raises.
