I play AA all weird.

Haven't been playing much recently (stupid finals), so am feeling a bit rusty. I honestly have no idea what I was doing at any point.

Villain is LAGGY preflop, but plays more straight forward from there.

PokerStars 2/4 Hold'em (6 handed) converter

2 folds, Hero raises, Button 3-bets, 2 folds, Hero calls.

Flop: (7.50 SB) J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero checks, Button bets, Hero calls.

Turn: (4.75 BB) 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets, Button calls.

River: (6.75 BB) 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets, Button folds.

I played AA identical to this early. IDENTICAL, in the CO vs Button LAG. Exactly the same on all streets. And, I hated it. Against a LAG we should have capped preflop and taken it from there.

Hate the turn gaybet. If you're going to take this line you have to at least try for the turn c/r, since that's what the rest of the hand is leading up to.

Was gonna say the same thing. I know you're worried about checking it through on the turn, but if your read is that he's aggo, go with it and make the turn c/r.

Cap pre flop and splash liberally post flop. Save the slowplays for thinking players.

Since you didn't cr the flop.

Since you didn't, cr the turn.

River you got right based on your previous action.
