Final Pot: 26 BB

Results in white below:
UTG+2 has Qs Qd (two pair, queens and threes).
Hero has Js Jd (full house, jacks full of threes).
Outcome: Hero wins 26 BB.

Were my raises out of line? I think I may have made a mistake capping Pre-flop with JJ, but I had good position. I got some bad comments from people at the table after this hand, because I sucked out on the River. I may be stressing over nothing, this seems like a way ahead or way behind situation.

I don't raise this flop. I wait for the turn. Raising gives opponents 13.5-1, so practically anything is correct in calling. Your hand is very vulnerable, and its chances of winning are largely dependent upon the next card. Your flop raise won't knock anybody out, but your turn raise might. Thus, I call and then raise the turn. Check out page 170 on HPFAP for more on this.

EDIT: I don't think capping preflop with JJ is bad. I mean, you're playing .25-50, so I'm assuming the players there are loose and poor. Your JJ has to have a pretty significant preflop equity edge, so I think capping is fine. Everything else looked fine too.

nice hand, UTG+2 could have had any hand from 66-TT, there's no way to put him on QQ-AA since he didn't raise preflop

Just call the three bet preflop. Call the flop. Raise the turn/river.

With everyone stuck in the middle I don't think a cap is too bad.

Exactly what I was thinking. He didn't raise PF, so those are exactly the hands I had him on, except I thought there was a small possibility he had Q10 or Ax or something like that. I was very surprised when he turned over QQ.

You brought up a good point. I shouldn't have raised.

That's one thing I definately need to work on. I can look at the pot and figure my pot odds when it's my turn to call, raise, etc., but I need to start looking at it the other way. If I raise this, am I giving my opponent an excuse to stay in with the pot odds? Something I need to work on. Thanks for pointing that out.
