Can't get into bet365

I'm trying to log on to bet365 to take advantage of their latest casino bonus, but eveytime I try to go to the website I get an error message that says "Sorry we failed to process your request, any logged in member session has been closed."

I'm wondering if this has anything to do with the fact that I just installed the Windows Update Service Pack 2 or whatever it's called (I am not technologically inclined in any way). Has anyone had a similar error message? Any suggestions?
