I don't really like any of it...PF is okay
I would raise the flop and fold to a 3-bet or fold the turn if bet into UI, maybe bluff-bet the turn and fold to a raise...I really need reads here

As for the river where you are, it's a definite check. He's not calling you with a worse hand and you're not getting him to fold a hand that beats you.

As for the rest of it, I don't like it either. I also would've raised the flop and bet/folded the turn.

I agree. With at most six outs and a small pot on the flop... your hand could be best with A high... but it's a clear raise/fold situation. It's horrible to call.
