15/30 QQ with lots of preflop action
UTG is a donk, Button is TAG, SB is somewhat laggish but reasonable.
Online 15/30 Hold'em (5 handed) converter Preflop: Hero is CO with Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. UTG calls, Hero raises, Button 3-bets, SB calls, BB folds, UTG calls, Hero calls. (???) Flop: (13 SB) 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (4 players) SB checks, UTG checks, Hero bets, Button raises, SB folds, UTG folds, Hero 3-bets, Button calls. Turn: (9.5 BB) A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players) Hero bets, Button calls. River: (11.5 BB) Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players) Hero bets, Button calls. Obviously I could've capped for value preflop, but with the situation at hand I decided I'd rather just call then bet the flop hoping button raises and maybe gets rid of SB and/or UTG. If I cap it preflop, no one's going anywhere for my one bet on the flop. Good/bad thinking? I was planning on bet-3-betting the turn, but the ace foiled that plan. What's the best line here? |
