Default Empire Affiliate changed my plan and reduced my payment?

So I get an email from Empire saying theyre changing me from CPA to MGR cos one of my players is a 'bonus hunter'.

Ok, fair enough, I've only referred 2 players so far, thinking of going to MGR anyway. Then they say its effective from when I first started, so my balance has gone from $130 to -$3. Anyone else experience this? What's my chances on getting the 130 bucks out of them?

Empire is a bunch of scumbags. They have a horrible reputation in the idustry and are litigation happy.

I also think they are getting ready for a major battle with party.

I meant about the other stuff. I've seen those threads before, but I haven't seen the scumbag and litigation stuff.

OMG. Reading some of that board make makes me want to break something.

Affiliates are the bottom feeding leech scumbags of the gaming world. Not all of them, but the ones that are lobbying against rakeback because it takes money out of their pockets.

I cant go into specifics, cause they are threatning to sue me at the moment.

I have some friends that are big affiliates (100k/month +) who do alot of business with tradal in both poker and casino programs. They are quick to file lawsuits to take advantage of people with less resources than they have etc.

Right now they are sending some of their affilates contracts to sign to make them their exclusive site to advertise, with the implied threat that their accounts will be closed if they don't.

Anyway, whatever. They can do what they like. I'm done with them is all.

Tuco.
