right, i never said it was a good play. but it probably isn't quite as bad as it looks on the surface. i win the hand 33% of the time that he doesn't have a pair. if i fold my blind, i'm pushing within the next few hands anyway, probably with a very similar chance of winning if i get called. granted i have fold equity then, but still...
anyway, i'm not going to try to justify it as a good play, because it wasn't. i think i was more ready to quit playing than anything. just one of those times that a dumb play worked. i hope they all made notes on me after that. |
