Online Pot Limit Omaha Hi Low Hand !!

Hello everyone,
I would like to share with you a hand i recently played online. Pot Limit $50 buy in at PP.
Two Limpers to me in EP i hold AAK3 three hearts. I raise the pot. Four players call my preflop raise.
Q1) Should i raise preflop with this type of hand or not.
Flop 89K two spades. Two Players check to me, i also check button checks.
Q2) Is my check on teh flop correct?
Turn brings a 9 two players check to me again. I bet roughly 1/3 of pot. All Fold except one player in EP.
River is a Jack. He checks I check behind.
Q3) Are my turn and river plays correct?

Anyway Results - He has 89JQ and wins the pot with a fullhouse.
