FULLTILT IS A JOKE!!!!!! PLEASE READ

This is a post for new users of full tilt!!!!!!! Be aware before you sign up. Here's my experience. I signed up with fulltilt because I heard good things and I liked the sign up bonus. I deposited $250 and began my fulltilt experience. I ran my $250 up to about $600. I owed my cousin $100 from a loan he gave me from party poker. I told him to open an account and I would transfer him some money, which he did. So with that $100 he got on a rush and turned it into $1800. Here's where it gets weird.

He attempts to cash out $800, which was taking several days. He receives an e-mail stating he needed to sign up for a neteller account and make a successful deposit before he could make a withdrawal. ? What’s that all about? So he opens a neteller account and deposits $50 into the neteller account. When he logs into fulltilt to attempt to make the transfer the log in screen says "you're account has been suspended contact customer service" So he contacts customer service via e-mail (no 800 avail). They respond by saying your account has been suspended due to fraudulent activity? what the hell is that all about? what fraud? what a joke. So several days go by, and then he receives an e-mail stating his account has been cashed out (good). He attempts to sign in to fulltilt to see if the account is open, and it says user name not valid. I guess they closed his account for him

Now. When I try to log into my account it says invalid user name and password? It appears they closed my account for being associated with my fraudulent cousin? lol. I found this to be very upsetting and very unprofessional from a site such as fulltilt.....So new users be aware before you sign up!

or a lot that he doesnt know about his cousin, and his account was closed for "funding" him.

Those are the facts of the story! There is nothing else to be told. Ours accounts appear to be closed because he tried to cash out after his account was funded by my account. How are you supposed to commit fraud on a poker site? I play Party Poker on a regular basis and have had no problems in the past...We transfer money back and forth all of the time, without any fraud acusations.Besides I'm not here to argue just to post information about my experience.

I don't know about that. It is possible that some moneylaundry warning got activated by the transfer and the site acted upon it.

We pokerplayers are pretty fortunate in that sites don't mess with us much. When it comes to online casinos this kind of reaction would be expected. So if fulltilt has staff that come from the casinoworld I wouldn't be surprised to see them overreact.

Collusion and chip dumping/money laundering come to mind...

... I'm not implying that you did anything wrong, but what would they say if you asked them the reason for the closure of your cousin's account?
