Default Getting aggressive with pocket sevens OTB

Table is on the loose/passive side. No read on MP1 or CO. MP3 is loose/passive, and SB seems TAGgy.

Party Poker 5/10 Hold'em (10 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is Button with 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. CO posts a blind of $5.
3 folds, MP1 calls, 1 fold, MP3 calls, CO (poster) checks, Hero raises, SB calls, 1 fold, MP1 calls, MP3 calls, CO calls.

Sometimes I limp here, but raising seemed better this time.

Flop: (11 SB) 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (5 players)
SB checks, MP1 bets, MP3 calls, CO calls, Hero calls, SB calls.

In addition to my sevens, I have some backdoor draws, as well as some chance I'm in the lead. Calling seemed better than the other options.

Turn: (8 BB) 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (5 players)
SB checks, MP1 bets, MP3 folds, CO folds, Hero raises...

Good card for me, and people are getting out of the way. If I got 3-bet, I was planning on calling and folding the river unimproved. Otherwise, I was planning on checking behind unimproved. Thoughts? Is this standard?

Nice hand, including the plan for the rest of the hand.

I like the way you played the hand as well. I think I'm ahead on this flop about 80% of the time, the only reason I wait for the turn is I think a lot of cards could come to change my equity dramatically. I like the turn raise and also how you plan on playing it out.
