Problem with High-Low-Split Poker FAP

I just received my copy of High-Low Split Poker FAP a couple of weeks ago. I just realized that my copy is missing pages 253-284 and has pages 285-316 repeated.

I got the book with my UB points and I don't have the receipt that came with it, so I am not sure if I can return it.

Has anyone else had this problem? Is there some way to get the missing information? I don't really need a new book if there is some way to just get the missing pages (loose pages, photocopies, electronic, etc.). Thanks.
