Quick question about your sessions

What do you guys thinbk your average session is when you sit down at the pc? do you have standard number of hands or number of hours where you see the best results? how many actual hours a week do you actually play total? just some thoughts. April i played 110 hours, well below my goal. I made about 5500 playing 3-6. I just want to try some patterns as far as set times of the day and week, also length of sessions. Thanks for the replies!
