the mirage spreads 5/10. The game isn't much fun. Just play hold em.

Hi Texas,

I'd especially like to know if you see any stud games at the Mirage or Bellagio in the 30/60 ti 100/200 range.

Good Luck!
Carlos

Dan Negreanu was talking about a 80-160 omaha8 stud8 (OE) game at the new Wynn casino the other day on his website. If I only had a 100K bankroll I would be there every weekend. From what I have heard stud hi is dead in vegas. Beermoney is correct when he tells you to play holdem. The Bellagio has all the biggish mixed games though. You better know how to play O8 and triple draw though because they always seem to be in the mix when I hear people talking about the action there. I have never heard anyone mention stud hi now that I think about it.

I have also heard that stud high is dead in vegas -- from the director of poker at the Bellagio, no less. I'm wondering given the increased popularity on the Web and the continuing presence of lots of games at Foxwoods and AC if it is showing any signs of life at limits from 1-5-10-20

Carlos,

Bellagio runs 20-40 (sometimes 15-30 also) and 40-80 stud games. Both have been good the times I've played. 40-80 was a real good game, and you can usually get in with no wait compared to comparable hold em limits.
