14 people left, blinds 400-800 going to 500-1000 the next hand. Folded to button who makes it 1600. Button has about t12,000 and hero has approx. t9300. Hero is dealt KQo in SB. Button player doesn't seem too aggressive but has raised the blinds when folded to him more than once. Hero proceeds to..............???????
