My stats are embarassing

Just at first glance (I'm by no means an expert here--)

You're way too aggressive on the flop, and way too aggressive on the turn. you might be spewing chips here.

Also, folded to river bet % looks high, maybe your aggression affects this (i.e. you're less calling on the river than a slightly less aggressive player because less people at betting at you.)

At a glance, play more hands, raise a bit more. Defend your BB more (a lot more) Go to showdown a LOT more. I think you are also being too aggro on later streets which makes me think you are possibly check folding hands where you should be check calling, and this is a gigantic leak.

Plus won at showdown in too high. Probably folding too much, especially on the river.

I just mentioned somewhere else that my stats show a tiny percentage of check/raising on the flop. Your stats do also, which I think may be a big factor in the aggression level stat.

I do not yet understand the importance of check/raising it seems, or I'm overestimating the value of betting out instead.
