I have always wondered how some people get registered in a tournament there before it even opens? Anyone have a clue?

What he's asking is how people get registered into regular tournies, not the special $200 buyin ones. I believe the answer is that if you are in Top x of TLB for the year you can sign up whenever you feel like it. Probably Top 150.
