what do you do and why? please include all lines including plans for river.

reads on villain: straightforward player, haven't seen him bluff, seems pretty solid.

I think checking behind on the turn or betting have merit. I would probably be more inclined to check behind, esp. since you said the opponent was straightforward and solid. It seems unlikely he would bluff you on the river, and therefore you should be able to make a more informed decision based on the action and card that falls.

I don't rule out the possiblity of him checking a flush to you on the turn or the possiblity he would go for a check raise if you bet. His most likely holding here seems to be AQ, KQ, Q10 or some type of draw, or maybe even KK. 333 doesn't seem likely. Do you have a range of hands that you put your opponent on after calling your flop bet?
