Two TT hands with raises in front

I definately misplayed both of these hands, please help. In the first hand, Button is 26/9/.92

Is this a standard reraise from the SB? If there hadn't been a caller I definately would have reraised. I figured I would call and checkraise a nonscary flop.

Well, this is a pretty scary flop, but I checkraised anyway. This is probably just spewing but I figured I might still be ahead or have some folding equity against a lower pocket pair.

Villian is 25/10/1.6. The table was pretty loose passive so I called the pfr hoping to get some other cold callers. I didn't feel right reraising.

Your actions do not coincide with each other. You don't 3-bet pre-flop when you likely have the best hand, then an overcard falls on the flop and then you decide to raise. To me, that is not optimal poker.

Both these hands are begging for PF 3-bets.

Players with stats like these two seem to me to be the trickiest to play against. They have fairly normal (TAG-like if you will) aggression stats yet they play a few too many hands. This makes them extra dangerous as they exhibit appropriate aggression in spots where it's very difficult to put them on a hand. These factors make it extra tough to play mariginal situations like these against these types of opponents.

I think the best strategy against these guys - and you had two good opportunities here - is to take the initiative early. These hands are easy flop folds if Villians are capping PF or leading/check-raising the flop. Sometimes you may fold the best hand. More often I think that you'll be able to get away from your pair cheap. And sometimes you'll even take it down on the flop or for a cheap showdown UI.
