Tips on getting beer under 21
Situation: You aren't 21. You can't ask anyone you know who is 21.
Do you ask someone outside the gas station to go in and buy for you? What type of stores should you hit to have the most chance of success? What is the best time to find someone that would be willing to buy for you in the parking lot? What type of people should you look for and what is the best way to approach them? What is the standard tip? Any tips/suggestions appreciated.

That said, go to a bodega and just walk in and buy it. Also make sure that you put your money on the counter before he has a chance to ask you for ID. It'll make him less likely to ask you for it. EDIT: Actually, it was $100.

i guess unless you look 21 i wouldnt try to buy it --- im 25 and look older, well i think ---- and i still get my id checked, even to get in the casino which one of them is 18+
you might be able to get someone outside a store to buy it for you -- not sure never tried it -- i give them enough money where they could pick a six pack of their choice --- i also wouldnt give anyone a huge list maybe one bottle of booze or one case of beer you really dont know anyone 21+ to buy it for you --- cheers

If you didn't find the thread, there's a link to some sheet music for that song here. Anyway, a bodega is like a small grocery store. You usually only find them in inner cities. What kind of area do you live in? That could help with the advice you get.

That's only the first and easiest 1:20 of the song that's 3:07 long, thanks though. And I live near an inner city with a lot of run down gas stations, but the 2 most run down I've tried both denied me. There were other people in the store at the time though, if I was alone do you think there would be a better chance?
