Default Raise the turn?

Villain is 50/15 over 23 hands.
Should I have raised this turn, called a three bet and then check called the river? With such a loose player I think I would have taken that line had he not been in the blind, but for some reason since he was in the blind I think I gave him too much credit.

Cheers
Travis

I think I fold this river. You realize you're practically playing the board, right? Any Q, K, A, or 4 beats you. His stop and go looks like a K or a "tricky" 4.

No, a A or Q don't beat me. I have no reason to believe villain held a K. My flop raise was to drive overcards out and see if I would get 3-bet from villain. Since I wasn't 3-bet, I also had little reason to believe he held a 4. So now I have to hope my kicker is good.

That was my reasoning.

Wait, are tens higher than fours now?

Ignore me, I'm an idiot. I still think you're behind to a K or a 4 (I've seen a lot of players who refuse to 3-bet, but will stop and go every street), but calling down seems okay.

Calling down looks fine to me.

I'm partial to a raise/call on the river actually...

EDIT - opps, i forgot to put in my thought process... any 4 already has you beat, but I don't think he has it cause he probably would've done that on the flop. I like calling hte turn, cause he might have a k, might not, but the river i like raising because there are only 2 k's left in the deck, and I don't give him credit for having one.

If villian had a 4 it's highly likely that he would have checked the flop. Saying that, his stop and go is worrying. I call down like you did.
