I don't tilt. If you do, stop playing while you're tilted and come back and play when you're not.

That's a blessing, not a problem. Do you see why?

I used to tilt, but now I dont for the following reasons:

1) I'm good enough that I can beat the limits I play (micros and small stakes) very easily. I sit down knowing I am much better than the typical player at the table, and often I am the best player at the table (this does not count for 2+2 tables where I am definitely not one of the best at the table).

2) Quite simply, I have proven to myself that I will win in the long run. I don't even care if people suck out on me because I know the majority of the time they won't.

3) Tilt is -EV.

Tilt used to get ot me pretty badly too. Then i learned just to not turn it on. Sometimes it would accidently get tivo'd, but then i would instant-delete that [censored], cause its bad for you. If you are absolutely forced to watch Tilt, watch it on mute, and pretend like all the scenes that dont feature the matadors daughter consist of dialogue about how she gives great head.

Simple enough.

peace

assuming you wanted a serious answer to this somewhat ridiculous question, post it in the psychology forum. oh, and if your new, welcome to the boards. Happy [censored] passover.

I like to deals with the tilt by making the whoppee with my hands. I do not know how to say that in the English. Where you make happy with yourself. That always make me feel better. Also if I have sheep who is not in the health I maybe beat him with stick.

Play each hand individual. If you win or lose a pot doesn't matter, its about playing the hand correctly. If you made him pay for his draw, you played the hand correct and it doesn't matter if he got lucky on the river or not, you will win in the long term.
