Default Value Bet this river?

CO is seeing 60% of hands preflop, is very aggressive on the flop, and slows way down on turn/river.

BB is tighter but always defends his blinds. Moderately aggressive after the flop.

This raise preflop is aggressive and might be slightly -EV. Not sure how to play the flop, and then not sure if I should bet this river. Upon reflection, I think my river check was wrong.

My plan was to fold to a turn raise.

I would, but I was also biased by the fact that I saw his check. still, if he has something like QJs or AcKx or 9c9x then he might look you up, and you have a slim chance of getting raised, especially given your read of his play on the big streets. and if he's that loose he could easily have something as bad as J9o here.

pretty easy bet, IMO.

I don't like the raise preflop.

MP1 is probably a bit early to be trying a semi-steal raise like this... what about in MP3?

At some point raising first in with KJo becomes +EV I'd think...

Though it may be this thinking that keeps my VPIP around 20 instead of down at 16.

I think this raise is standard.

It's a little much, imo. KJ is marginal.

raising kjo in MP1 is definately marginal, and the decision is table dependent. i like the raise with a tight table that has 1 or 2 loose callers. if the raise isnt gonna fold anyone, limping is better (a case could be made for a fold too)

bet the river

this is the kind of routine river bet you'll need to make to beat PP 3/6.
