you should first depo into empire and run that money up. then you can pay back party and have something leftover for yourself.

I'm no legal expert, but it may be considered a
gambling debt. In lots of states these debts are
not collectible through the courts. But like I said,
I don't really know......

Except he owes the money to iGMPay, not Party Poker the site (although they are affiliated) so it is hard to tell.

I say, don't be louse, and pay what you owe....

That said......

When I first started playing on Party Poker, I have one account that I used for play money - I thought you got more play money be refering people, so I referred my self.

When I finally started playing for cash, for some reason I did it on the referal account.

One night [censored] around drunk, I get an email saying that I recieved my $50 referral bonus on the first account. I had no idea what this was about, but i figured I couldn't play it without depositing money, so I deposited what I had just withdrawn a few days ago from my 2nd account, and blew it all in about 30 play 25PL, yeah, hard to go through money that fast at PL but I did it.

The next morning both accounts were looked, I was able to withdrawal my money from my second account on the web.

I finally called Party, and they were a little unhappy with me, but I filled out a preferred player app, they manually took that bonus away from me, and all was good.

I was going to pay them back, but they never asked for it.

But that was only $50 in bonus money.
