Final Pot: $34.25

Villain, despite me being on the table for 10 mins has shown me how much of a loose/calling station he is, just a few hands before calling down a PF raiser for all his stack with K high and getting a runner runner straight. He has already lost a big pot to me when he called down his 2nd pair to my 2 pair.

I raise quite large considering the blinds expecting a call from Villain. After my flop bet i immediately put him on a heart. Is my play correct here, comments on all streets pls?
