Default Pot size

How many small bets would you consider the border line goes between a small pot, big pot and extremely big pot on the Flop, Turn and also the River?

Why does it matter?

The line is grey, and the distinction is artificial.

If I told you that 4BBs was a big flop pot, but 3.5BBs was a small flop pot, would that change your behavior in any way? Because it shouldn't. Terms like "big pot" and "small pot" are just slang to get the feel for things, and as such the slang shouldn't replace the feeling. Furthermore, hearing that a pot is "big" or "small" doesn't change the math behind your behavior. If you've got an inside straight draw on the turn, you need 10.5:1 odds to continue with it. Whether that's a "large pot" or a "huge pot" doesn't make any difference at all.

It's because when I read pokerbooks the author refers to for example a "big pot" or a "small pot", I would like to know what the author is talking about!

SSHE gives a few guidelines but specifies that they're not in stone.

1. 4 handed and raised PF
2. 3 bet or more PF
3. 2 or more players in the hand that will go to the river.

It's the self-fulfilling flame. Eventually, enough people will view the post wondering why it is flaming or will respond to say "wft? why is this thread on fire" that the thread will actually earn the flame.

Either that, or the OP thought he wasn't getting enough responses, so he wrote a small script to repeatedly view his post until it had enough views to catch on fire.
