Default mineral oil and clay chips???????

I am under the impression that mineral oil is the best way to bring out the colors in "dry" clay chips. Can somebody confirm this?? Thanks!

Yes, mineral oil (applied sparingly) will sharpen up the colors and protect the chips. Some people say it "hardens" the chips a little bit and they aren't quite as soft as natural clay.

There was a good review of oiling clay chips at http://www.pokerchipreviews.com/compression.html (look down the page for the Nevada Jack's review, and pictures).

Search other threads for some ideas on how to oil them.
