99 flop conundrum
PP $25. I'm on the button ($25) with 9 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 9 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. The whole table limps save for one MP player.
Flop (8 players, $2 in pot): 6 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 4 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 3 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. Checked to CO-1 ($32) ... In three of the last four hands he has made a 2x to 3x pot size overbet on the flop, and has taken it down each time. He makes it $6. CO folds, it's to me with five players left to act behind. This is a fold, right? |

Re: 99 flop conundrum
Why? TT is the only hand you should be too scared of.

No, I re-raise here. [/ QUOTE ] Any raise here pot-commits you. Are you sure I should do this with a vulnerable overpair, with 5 people still to act? |

Re: 99 flop conundrum
Those players all checked. Do the easy thing and min-rise him. That way if anyone from EP pushes, you can still fold, but get a fold out of him if he has nothing.
