When it's two bets to you on the river, this is a pretty easy fold.

on the river, the pot was about 40 cents.
you needed to put in 8 cents to call.
that means you are getting 5:1 odds on your call. so you need to win 1 out of 6 times to break even, or about 17%. do you think you win 17% of the time here?

and even if you call, first guy could raise, and then second guy could cap it...and we haven't accounted for that...so since you are not "closing the action" you can't really rely on the absolute percentages i mentioned above.

so, i'd fold.

but i'd probably have raised the turn too.

Yes, nice fold. You're not good here often and you could end up paying another 1 or 2 bets if either raises.
